Lost in Narco Territory Traveling in Colombia. We traveled from Medellin with a target of Guatapae, however Google Maps took us an alternate route. This route included the most dangerous city in Colombia (Bello Colombia). Bello is a town known for robberies and murders. When traveling in Colombia don’t simply rely on Google Maps. Check your settings and make sure toll roads are checked otherwise it can take you an alternate route to avoid tolls.

We ended up in Bello and Copa Cabana, Bello is known for narco traffic bosses.

We did finally make it to Guatapae but learn from our mistakes.
